Wait For Adsense Approvals-

Youtube adsense approvals is very easy if your added videos is unique. Your account could be active within 2-6 hours but if not wait 48 hours. I think it will active soon.

Adsense Ads In Your Videos-

If you do those steps properly you can see ads shown in your videos. If not, check your video settings and active your ads.
